I voluntarily choose to participate in a yoga class or related wellness activity conducted at Virgil Art House.

I understand that yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, or other injuries. Also, I certify that I am physically able to participate and will modify or stop any activity if I experience pain, discomfort, or other symptoms.

I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may result from my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless Outrider Ventures LLC, doing business as Virgil Art House, its owner, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the class, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that Virgil Art House does not provide medical care. In the event of an emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if I am unable to provide consent myself, and I accept responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.

I grant Virgil Art House permission to photograph or record me during the event and to use such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily.
