A Comfortable Space to Create

The Studio is a comfortable place to step away, settle in, and make something new. Bring your band for jamming, spend an afternoon writing music with friends, work through new material, or simply plug in and see where the session goes.

Unlike a traditional rehearsal room, the space is designed to feel somewhere you actually want to spend time. Alongside the dedicated music area, youโ€™ll find comfortable seating, a kitchenette, and an upstairs lounge. These amenities give you room to write, collaborate, take a break, and keep creating without feeling rushed.

Bring Your Own Gear or Use Ours

Youโ€™re welcome to bring your own instruments and equipment, or get started with gear already available in The Studio, including:

  • Gretsch Catalina Club drum kit
  • Fender 40 bass amp
  • Vox guitar amp
  • Microphone and PA
  • Selection of basses and guitars

The flexible setup works for solo musicians, small groups, writing sessions, and informal recording.

A Place to Hang Out Between Takes

Making music doesnโ€™t always mean playing. The Studio was designed with downtime in mind, with places to sit, talk, listen back to recordings, work through ideas, or simply relax between sessions.

The kitchenette and lounge areas make creative sessions feel less like renting a practice room and more like having your own private creative space.

The Upstairs Lounge

Above the main Studio is a private loft lounge. This comfortable place lets you chill, have a conversation, review a project, or just step away for a while.

With relaxed seating and its own separate atmosphere, the loft makes The Studio useful for longer sessions and collaborative projects.

Podcast Studio

The upstairs lounge also doubles as an equipped podcast studio, giving creators a comfortable environment for recording conversations, interviews, podcasts, and other spoken-word projects.

The intimate setting feels more like a conversation than a traditional recording booth, making it well suited for interviews, creative discussions, video podcasts, and small-format productions.

The setup includes a Focusrite Vocaster Two audio interface, two XLR Rร˜DE PodMics, plus tripods and key lights for video recording. Bring your own laptop, connect to the interface, and youโ€™re ready to record in a comfortable, relaxed setting designed for conversation and creative work.
